I am a passionate Certified Full Spectrum Doula and Placenta Encapsulation Specialist who believes in educating and empowering women through conception, birth, and postpartum support. I believe birth is sacred, to be revered, to be cherished, and belongs to the woman who is experiencing it. I strive to bring, peace, clarity, compassion, and comfort to all of my clients during this special time. My goal is to equip all my families with the confidence to make clear informed decisions within their place of birth so they can walk away with the best experience possible.

Why Hire a doula?
I always answer this question with a question. Why not? As a trained Doula I can offer physical, emotional, and informational support during one of the most (if not the most) important moments in your life.

A Doula is a person who has completed extensive training in support of people during a monumental time in their life. Whether that be conception, birth, postpartum or death your Doula is there for emotional, informational, and physical support if needed.

Placenta encapsulation is when a Mother’s placenta is dehydrated, ground into a fine powder, then inserted into capsules for personal consumption.

Breastmilk soap is very nourishing and gentle on the skin since it contains many skin-loving components of breastmilk, like fatty acids, enzymes, vitamins and minerals.
